Day eight

Updated: Dec 23, 2025

Well, I went to see a different doctor today. I’ve never complained about the NHS but this was a bit much. She didn’t know me or my symptoms or the tests I have had or the results. This was an appointment to write me a sick note, which she did. I have been declared “unfit for work “. We talked about my abdominal pains getting worse and she asked me about my eating etc as though that could explain it. She wouldn’t talk about my blood test results because there wasn’t time (other patients are more important), so I had to make another appointment for next week. I asked if she could at least read it off the screen in front of her, but she wouldn’t. So I still don’t know what’s wrong with my prostate, or my liver, or what they are doing about my blood sugar and high cholesterol!

I guess I am going to live until next Wednesday, so 9 more days!
